Undertaker NOT confirmed for WM XXX?

It appears that Vince McMahon jumped the gun about involving Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX.

The original plan for SummerSlam was to have Punk defeat Brock Lesnar. But McMahon opted to have Lesnar win to make him a stronger opponent for Undertaker at WrestleMania. McMahon has told writers, investors and the board of directors that Undertaker already agreed to the match. But the Undertaker has not yet agreed to do it.

Undertaker is healthy enough to compete, but he distinctly does not want to go against Brock Lesnar. However, due to comments that Lesnar has made about Undertaker over the years, Undertaker does not trust Lesnar enough to work a match with him. Undertaker is also concerned that Lesnar will manipulate McMahon into letting him end The Streak. Undertaker wants The Streak to end, but he wants it to be against someone who will be around for years to come.

There is no truth to the rumours that Undertaker is refusing to return unless Michelle McCool gets a really good WrestleMania deal too. Their negotiations have been separate.

A backup plan is to have Ryback face Undertaker, with Lesnar challenging The Rock. But Rock has not made any agreements either.

You know who I want to see feud with Punk? Mark Henry. They only had that one match on Raw and I always wanted more.

Never seen or heard the comments by Lesnar about Taker. Anyone know a roughly what they where?

For years, Lesnar used to call Undertaker unprofessional and was "always ducking him" (even though they had several matches, half of which Lesnar had won). He also said on numerous occasions that he would injure Undertaker if they were ever in the ring together.

There was one point when they taunted each other at a UFC event. To this day, no-one but them knows if it was a work or not. After some time, it looked like Lesnar had went into business for himself.

Guess taker is pissed that he put over brock only for him to leave in a short time. Well, I think WWE made a mistake of making Brock rise too fast.

I don't think he rose too fast, he's been losing more than winning for entirely too long.

If all else fails, there is always Brock vs Punk 2, which wouldn't suck one bit.

At some point, someone was going to have to have a metoric rise at a young age like Lesnar did. It was only a matter of time. Considering his look, intimidating presence, strength, proven wrestling ability, popularity and management from Paul Heyman, Lesnar seemed like the right guy. If he didn't leave after only 2 years, we would maybe consider Lesnar as one of the all-time greats.

But Lesnar vs Rock II would suck for 3 reasons. 1) Both Lesnar and Rock spend too much time out of the ring to put on a great match together. They both need a good opponent to help carry them e.g. CM Punk.

2) All of the Rock's revenge matches suck if he takes more than a month to do it. Rock vs Hogan II sucked. Rock vs Cena II sucked. Rock vs Kurt Angle II and Rock vs Chris Jericho II both sucked, and Rock was on the active full-time roster between those matches. The only exceptions were Steve Austin and Triple H, but one (or both) had almost completely transformed their styles between feuds.

3) The announcers and fans put more work into Lesnar vs Rock I than the Rock did. Seriously, the announcers had to try and convince viewers that Rock's version of the Sharpshooter still hurts, even though it puts no pressure on the opponent's joints.
