No one knows the status with TNA Wrestling right now. But most suspect that they will be under new management by the end of January.
The internal feeling is that Carter family no longer want to be financially tied to the company. Even if Dixie Carter stays on, she would no longer be President of the company if her parents remove their investment. They are fed up with pumping so much money into the organisation and seeing it wasted. They will likely sell the company and recoup their losses.
Hulk Hogan is officially no longer under contract. However, Dixie is still in negotiations to try and bring him back. He will be at the Hall of Fame ceremony, and he is expected to be at Bound For Glory too.
Speaking of the Hall Of Fame, Kurt Angle will appear as he is being inducted. However, he may not appear at BFG in any capacity. He definitely will not be working any matches.
There is a feeling that Spike TV will get in on the act as they will want the company to continue. But it is not likely that WWE would buy out the company. Vince's motivation in buying out companies revolves around getting new wrestler contracts and archive footage. But Vince feels that if he really wanted any performer, he could have had them by now. And there is not enough truly memorable wrestling moments in the TNA back catalogue.
