This tool takes a VPW2 moveset as a text file and generates a corresponding No Mercy moveset.
You need to have a text file called inputfile.txt that contains the VPW2 moveset (a sample input file can be found in the "sample files" folder) . The input file should be placed in the main directory (i.e., the one that contains the MovesetConverter jar file). Double-click on MovesetConverter.jar, and an output file called convertedmoveset.txt will be created.
The sample inputfile.txt included is for a "normal" moveset (i.e., one with 141 moves), but the converter works for the other two types of movesets as well.
Note: Since I haven't played a ton of VPW2, I wasn't sure what certain move slots actually do, and I just had the converter ignore those. These would include slots 41-45, 61, and 143 for wrestlers with 143 moves, as well as slots 33-37, 45, and 96 for wrestlers with 96 moves.
