What could be wrong? SVR EDIT LOADING SCREEN

I do not understand where wrong ...

- Using the hex editor unzip titi.pac
- Pull out the mig 59.pac and the texture of hhh with written svr 2010
- Edit the image with photoshop except in indexed color 256
- Convert PNG with gimconverter
- Inject the image into 59.pac
- Inject 59.pac in titi.pac
- Take the new hexadecimal titi.pac and put it at the end of menu.pac
- Calculation of xx and yy is put them in the new arc file ...

just start the game on psp reaches the logo Yukes and then it all stops

advice?

I think it is adaptable to psp ... instead of using the tm2 using the mig ...
