It has been noted that Madison Rayne was released from TNA after she fell pregnant as a "cost-cutting measure", but Taryn Tyrell has not.
First of all, after Rayne discovered that she was pregnant, she herself suggested the release. Rayne made the decision to take a full year off. As she does not have a downside guarantee, she would not be making any money either way. So it made more sense just to ask for her release.
Taryn's situation is quite different. Taryn had claimed that she was feeling unwell for 2 weeks before finally requesting time off to recover. It was later discovered that she was indeed pregnant. So there is a high possibility that Taryn has been working matches while pregnant.
There are no signs that anything is wrong yet, but both Taryn and TNA want to make sure that no harm has come to the unborn child. It is possible that TNA could release Taryn from her contract, but they would not do it too soon.
