Anyone know when the interview segments were filmed?

I was watching the DVD earlier tonight & it had interview segments with "DR. Death" Steve Williams who passed away in 09.

It was a project that has been in the works for several years, usually under different titles. A lot of the non-match footage was intended to be used in different DVDs, but was dropped for various reasons.
