Quote:

- As we have noted, Brock Lesnar negotiated a unique contract for his WWE return as he will be allowed to wear sponsors on his trunks and the t-shirts he wears each week. A source reports that Lesnar insisted this be part of the deal. He is the first performer Vince McMahon has ever allowed contractually to do so.

- It's said that with the success of WrestleMania 28 coming out this past week, the chances of a rematch between John Cena and The Rock at WrestleMania 29 have increased. As of this week, WrestleMania 29 is scheduled to be headlined by The Rock vs. either Cena or Brock Lesnar.

Several factors will play into that decision, mainly where Lesnar stands at the end of this year, if he's better for business over Cena and more. WWE officials are reportedly unsure of Lesnar's future and how hot he will be come next January. While they originally wanted to have the WrestleMania 29 main event announced by now, word now is that it won't be decided on until around November of this year.[/quote]

Don't give the ball to Brock... he'll just take it and go home.

Looks like the picture we saw yesterday(?) might be real after all. Still, I find that attire ridiculous if his wrestling style is still gonna be like what he did in the past, and still using the F5 to finish off his opponents. I don't know why, but I just think that way.

I see what you're saying Stylesismilo. The F5 is HIS move, so he has to use it. But it doesn't make any sense for an MMA fighter to use it as a finisher. He should be using a head/arm submission of some kind. Or a simpler move that impacts the head, like a DDT.

No... he should use the fricken' F-5. MMA fighter or not, remember where he came from.

Considering he wasn't exactly well-known for his MMA technical ability (He just beat people until they tapped), he isn't going to have to change much from what he did, before.

I agree he has to use it. But I wish that he debut a new MMA/submission move to finish the match. If he wants to incorporate his MMA experience in it, he should. Then again, he IS Brock Lesnar.

His MMA career consisted of him punching people a lot. Just saying...

edit: Apparently he used a triangle choke sometimes, but that's not going to be what the WWE universe wants to see. They want to see Brock throwing people around like rag dolls.

I say ditch the MMA thing altogether. He rarely took on opponents who were anywhere near his size anyway. Just be Brock Lesnar.

Agreed! Brock just got them in ground & Pound, and due to his sheer strength he fucked them up! Only against Shane Carwin did he show true grit, though Shane was truly exhausted in the 2nd round. Shane owned him. He beat has-beens who had there last run in the UFC. Only Mir was legit! Carwin was a wrestler who had better power than Brock.

I understand Brock wanting to bring his MMA experience to the WWE, but that dont mean shit! WWE is in its own bubble and regardless of what he did in the UFC, he is remembered as WWE wrestler who called it quits because he was fed up with the WWE work schedule.

Time for something fresh Brock IMO.

Wait until Lesnar legitimately hurts someone with his MMA moves. I doubt this thing is gonna last long.

But still, it's Brock F'N Lesnar. He is always known to intentionally hurt his opponent and still get the monster push.

Well, it's more grappling style you see. I mean, if he uses the MMA/grappling style in the match and suddenly go for an F5 for the finish, it just does not go well with the whole in ring story. Been through MMA, he is percieved as smarter and relies less on brute strength which he did in the past. If he does go for mainly power moves, I rather he ditch the MMA attire and treat Pro wrestling as another different sport and style.
