It's not too much of a problem, as it does not crash fortunately, so don't worry too much about it, it does not really distract from the mod quality.
edit : tested if the mod was working on p64 2.1 by moving the texture/nmtool/cheat/save files , and using the Rice 6.1.4 plugin with the same setting i posted and was happy to see everything worked
But after a savage ladder match in which as Big Bossman i busted open Bam Bam Bigelow's face, he got the spirit gauge too fast higher than mine and after applying his finisher i couldn't get up in time to prevent his win (in higher difficulty level, the AI sure get the suitcase fast

)
By the way, in the match i found Bam Bam standing finisher to be wrong, after looking in the edit option it's apparently set to "Clinching Slam"
But his standing finisher, the "Greetings From Asbury Park" that is
this shoulder reversed piledriver has a move in the game that look nearly the same as Bam Bam : the
Rikishi Driver
But in term of power , bleeding and KO , the Rikishi Driver is more powerful , so in case there's balancing in play , keeping the Clinching Slam may be good enough

To answer my question about the rumble seeing sometime the unfinished/incomplete wrestlers, i confirm it still happens , was playing a rumble and so a few of them coming :
Tito Santana and "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan,Junkyard Dog and the Iron Sheik,Sgt Slaughter and Ricky Steamboat,Yokozuna and the British Bulldog, Adrian Adonis, Ric Flair and Rick "The Model" Martel
That's a bunch of them that showed up in that rumble match (i had setup a 28 man rumble, so maybe the game can't re-enter eliminated wrestlers, so it's forced to go use the unfinished ones)
For the anecdote, Crush of Demolition, that was the last to enter, won the rumble by throwing out all of those hidden/unfinished wrestlers
