WWF New Generation 2.1 CHT file blank

Hi. 

I'm trying to install the New Gen 2.1 mod on PC and I'm noticing my cheat file (CHT) is blank with no text. It's causing me not to install everything with the cheats. Tried downloading and unzipping the files multiple times but the CHT is always blank. Would anyone be able to direct me to the proper file, send it to me, or even copy and past the text so I may progress?
