Oh man this is phenomenal news! Videos are looking awesome and I am thrilled for the whole idea of blending these classic games together thank you for your hard work I for certain look forward to seeing more updates from you.
Are you using CAWs for retexturing, or are you overwriting the textures of existing characters (Austin, Rock, etc.)? If you are overwriting existing chars, are you overwriting movesets?
I'm doing something similar. The retexturing is easy. Overwriting existing movesets is more problematic. Anyone know how to maintain overwritten movelists for Royal Rumbles?

A long time ago MAXIMO told me he found some values deep in the game code that indicated Owen was supposed to be in this game...
Another thing is there's already a ton of in game moves and animations I always thought looked just like him! and of course all these CAWS are based off my home console stuff, but obviously without the the awesome AKI textures.
The point is to keep it REAL, i wish there was a way we can play online...
Thanks to the AI code they play better too will be taking REQUESTS for matches, and also a poll for final roster.
To me this guy was one of the best wrestlers ever, (wrestler not man!) even making him in the game - was so fun assigning moves referencing his Revenge and No Mercy counterparts with a few others added, seriously he had more moves in RL than you can fit into the character! I do not wish to cause any controversy to create cash or anything, so pls don't think I am doing it to stir the pot, growing up he was a staple to the biz, game, genre, culture, scene, history!
I am however running into trouble with cheat codes, I find that once I turn some on I cannot undo them or turn them off (not taking in mind unlocking characters which remain like that due to the game memory) but one specifically is really ruining the whole thing: Create a Shooter Fighter (like in VPW2) seems like the game cannot forget the code! It's all out of whack.. it doesn't even work right! I made Benoit a Light-Heavyweight and he has lost his strong grapple B moveset... Andhe can't even shoot it does not even work properly! so weird and frustrating...
Also I have updated the first post with Roster and added Credits as well.
I swear i found somewhere deep in search for wm2000 gameshark codes that i found a code to undo unlocked characters, to make them locked again. i think i dl one of maximos files that was posted on the forum for vpw2 and then looked into the codes list and found he was making or had some codes for wm2000. if its not in there i apologize but i did find it somewhere!!!!

Lately I have been having fun editing the stock chars and adding their alter egos, make it feel like VPW2 with all those extra gimmicks!

I will make a video with roster preview, I am thinking of making a YouTube channel dedicated just to this! I just have to get around the copyright for the entrance themes (i think if you edit the track like muffle it or make it sound old you can bypass the ban). Would you guys like to see that?

do you need help with anything I wouldn't mind contributing more then the Razor Ramon. I haven't done any recent wrestler textures lately but I could do backgrounds and ui and stuff. im about to revive my old project so i want to get in the mindset.
@DaFamily code works mate, I think sometimes emu just needs a 'hard reset' for it to work!
@Rain and @AngryBird - Wolverine was Jeff's first ever gimmick in their TWF (Teen Wrestling Fed) backyard trampoline fed, pretty sure it's on their first Beyond The Ring WWE DVD story 'Twist of Fate' and I use cagematch.net to confirm all my gimmicks, matches etc.
I been using that site to do all the other attires of the wrestlers.
I have a couple of buddies joining in and sharing some more codes and wisdom, @SKstylez says we can do a load straight from file .mpk instead of changing it everytime, this would be really handy!
You guys didn't tell me if you would like to see matches on a YouTube channel? I would add commentating by myself too and maybe ask @Keson to do the heel colour commentating if he ain't too busy arm wrenching wrestlers all accross the USofA.
