X-packer problem

I tried exporting textures from a pac file , all the textures got exported except one and an error appears (check the attachements) , any help ?

open any tm2 from the tm_sample in optpix resize it to 32x128, save it and try again

i had another error 32x8x16.tm2 is missing , how do i re-size that ?
