Xbox One Games At E3 Were Running On Windows 7 PCs

After the poor reception from consumers because of all those “always-connected” and “used game restrictions”, Microsoft is in a new scandal.

Latest reports suggest that the games for Xbox One at this year’s E3 booth were actually running on a HP branded Windows 7 PC using Nvidia’s flagship GTX 700 series GPUs.

In an interview with a gaming media outlet, Peter Moore, EA’s COO told that the games they were showing on the floor were running on “Xbox One dev kits.”

Contrary to what Mr. Moore stated, the games were running on high-end PCs powered by Nvidia GPUs. This was originally confirmed by US gamer’s Julian Rignall in his latest tweet:

"I just played an Xbox One game using an Xbox One controller that crashed... to a Windows 7, Hewlet Packard-branded desktop. Magic!"

Off-Topic:-Nah...Windows 8 is just incomplete...the Windows 8.1 is suppose to fix all those issues & it does have some exclusive games that are nice (e.g:-Skulls Of The Shogun, Halo: Spartan Assault)

Anyways,Even though Xbox One looks freaking terrible at the moment and will suck even harder one more things are announced about it,i still think some people who calls themselves gamers will buy the console cause yea you never know,Xbox fanboys are everywhere and i myself own a 360 and hate the living shit out of Xbox one.

I think PS4 is gonna win this round. As a consumer, no one wants to be restricted to what they can and cannot do with a product they bought physically. Thing is, from what I remember there's some sort of subscription model for PS4 now? May affect Sony somewhat then.

Also, I have a confession to make. I'm still playing my PS2 and have never really played Halo in full before, honestly I think this generation's game kinda suck compared to the old. Only seldom that you get a game with "heart"

I love this guy.

The PS2 is the most advanced system I have (besides my pc) and I still play the ever living hell out of it. It has so many games, it'll be awhile before I run out of stuff to play, plus, the games are dirt cheap right now.

the irony,just goes to show you believe nothing trust no one especially EA lol ....while i do most my gaming on 360 (partly due to my ps3 screwing up midway through my ownership) i do own a ps3. as a consumer and from a stand point of a person who dislikes online only games i will be buying a ps4 first and the xbox one for the exclusives that i know i will want to play..... another problem here in aus is our Internets are slllllloooooooow just another reason why the xbox one is so unappealing to me

Funny thing though, I find that non console exclusive games nowadays are better than console exclusives. Then again, I only played Batman Arkham series, LA Noire, Sleeping Dogs, Transfomers and Darksiders series.

To be honest, 360 isn't that bad. Also, for PS2 there's always emulators. Just don't sell your 360 for Xbox one, or I'll buy a plane ticket and travel to your house *JUST* to say: "HA HA!"

I still play my PS2 as I find the games that were released on it, are far more enjoyable. PS2 was way ahead of everything else when it was released and the even though I had the original Xbox, I always shifted back to my PS2 as I just could not get enough of it. The Final Fantasy Series, WWE games, Football/Soccer games, Shooters, GTA: San Andreas, and so on. I honestly think young gamers these days dont understand how good us elders had it back in the 90's/Early 00's.

I agree with you. Current generation's game is suck.

I always love the old generation's game (MGS1, MGS2, MGS3, Resident Evil, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 etc etc). The old generation's game cares about the story & gameplay, Unlike the current generation's game who only cares about money (Not all of current generation's game are only cares about money, Though). Back in the old day, There is no thing such as DLC (Downloadable Content). Today, DLC is a common way to get the consumer to spend their money on a thing that already exist in the game. God, I hate DLC.

Anyway, If you want a real example of why the current generation's game is suck, Try to compare Resident Evil 2 with Resident Evil 6. Try to compare the gameplay, The story, And the "Survival-Horror" aspect of both game. Resident Evil is already not "Survival-Horror" anymore (The last Resident Evil game who still have "Survival-Horror" aspect is Resident Evil 3. This is my opinion, Though).
