Xbox One to support mods?

the ps4 is selling that badly in Ireland, never would of thought that........ on topic tho it would be cool if xbox one games could be moddable it would certainly be something that would be welcomed by games however probably not so much by developers

Its mods that makes those games more popular than they are, you're not going to tell me that a Vanilla GTA is better than a heavy modded GTA, right?
