Hello OSR SVR 11 Universe
Can any one Help Me To Solve this Problem ?
I Tried X-packer v6,v8,v9 it same problem
i know this problem has been posted here from 3 years ago
i read it but it didn't solve my problem
I Don't Bump Up Topics !
So Please Help Me if you can .....
I'm Disappointed

ur edited textures must be the same size of the original
to make them fit u the edited textures must have the same resolutions and the type of color of the original one
for example if the original textures are 128x128x16 the edited textures must be 128x128x16
not 128x128x256

just like dadydodo said, then I use punypng(online) or PNGgauntlet(offline) and optimize the texture before converting it to gim or tm2

Best since day one : yeah i tried
so do you have team viewer 8 program ?
@PunkDEverliving : i tried to use png Gauntlet & Punypng
it's make the edited png pic with same size and recuded colors , fixed alpha
if the edited texture is 256
it's make's it 253
all please look at 1st post at second pic

i haven't tried tinypng yet but it seems to do the same
just like what I said I Punypng(punypng.com) if I want to optimize online
and I use the software called PNGgauntlet (Pnggauntlet.com) if I want to optimize offline.
both works for me.

try using the texture you got from one of these programs first and see if it works.
I also had that problem before and those programs solved it.
It works perfectly fine on PSP, so there's a good chance that this might solve your problem too.

i tried to use PNGgauntlet it make the pic 253 color it must be 256
same as punypng

but have you tried it? learning to mod is all about trial and error

and also, numbers of color can be 253, 200,100 or even 1 as long as it's the same filesize, it will import to xpacker

@The Best : Yeah my image was in indexed color like orginial
same as image size , recuded colors
All Guys : in ps2 iso
can i edit any wrestler\diva tm2 textures
then create new texture achrive and be working in game ???????
