UPDATE: Just completed one of the 4 Attires that HBK will have in the game. Big Thanks and Credits to Mathayus for attire textures. This one is from SummerSlam 1995. (Still need to make entrance gear tho, when I find a good reference).

UPDATE: Now finished entrance attire for SummerSlam 1995 HBK (Now mind you, it's not exact one he wore at summerslam due to the model limitations but he used to wear something similar to this when wearing any of his blue colored attires) here it is!
