As far as the Joker goes, i am still working on it. Im thinking as his Dark Knight attire has got a tie i.e. a green shirt and tie inside. So Im doing that ALong with finding a better pic for the suit.

IMO, I think its better to make his waist coat attire. The one he wore in the interrogation scene. But I dont remember what he wore as his pants. Was it green or Purple?

Well, TBH, you should fix his brows a bit, make the stripes on his suit a bit more transparent, and tone down the contrast of his pink shirt a little.
