I thought legends was already on 2.1? I've got a folder on my desktop that says Legends 2.1 and the graphics sub-folder also says 2.1, though the textures seem to still be for 1.6.

For Revenge on 2.1 I believe you have to go to graphic oncfiguration and in the rom settings section change it to "only per frame" or "at first CI change", one of these two should do it.

I'm not familiar with these characters but these are definitely looking great! You should really put them in the NM section, regardless of the subject matter, I've seen weirder (and much worse) stuff in that section.
