You only loaded the texture,not the save file(.fla and .mpk,but the most important is the .fla,the Mpk is where your mempak CAW's are located),I don't have a Ouya but you need to install the fla. Also ask WCW Rick how to put the install the cheats or you may experience wrong Movesets.
