I'm no expert here, but i think its just the angle you grabbed him at, try grabbing him more like directly in front of his face and see what happens. it looks like to me you grabbed him by his ribs towards his back and the game got confused and assumed it was a back grapple

Some movesets are broken into two parts because the cheat file can only hold 140 (about that many, i cant remember the exact number) lines of code. the moveset code could be broken into 100 parts and it wouldnt matter. as long as its all there it will replace the moveset. the other reason is...

Yeah they easily can. not every move hack is player specific. they can be but most aren't. I'm postive you have crossed hacks. Turn them off one by one until the glitch goes away and you'll figure out which one is causing the cross

Did you add in any new hacks? It’s possible some hacks got crossed, meaning you possibly have two different hacks on that both effect the same move

no it doesnt work like that. you cant plug a hack into generic p1>p2. you have to put it in the grey area where it says 1st splice, 2nd splice etc.
