PSPortman's ban has been lifted. He can come back to full action to the board.
Here's my explantation to what seemed like an "unfair" ban.
He wasn't exactly disrespectful. He was unsensitive.
If you don't know someone you don't go around talking about them, even if it's a good thing, and ask who they are, later.
You could've said "Mr. John is the greatest person that has ever lived in this world", and then, 10 seconds later ask "Who's Mr. John?"
How good does that sound?
Now.
That's what he did, he said "RIP Maximo", for no reason at all, because nobody mentioned him in MONTHS, and then asked who he was.
Had he just asked "Who is Maximo?" It would have all been okay, You don't know who he was, and we can perfectly answer. But don't bring him up outta nowhere not knowing him at all.
Ah, he also sent OldAgeGamer to PM me and slightly insult me, and then try to tell me how to do my job, and THEN even going as far as trying to put Keson's words against me, that's not nice. There will be no kind of punishment, but that's not nice.
I did it before and was banned for almost half a year because of it. Being an already established member, here.
That, too. Being a long-timer doesn't take you away from respecting our rules, and foremost, respecting our staff and other members, the rules apply on you, regardless.
