The people who were distributing it knew that it was an unfinished beta that wasn't supposed to be available to the general public.

If I banned people for using my textures and not giving me credit then half the No Mercy section would be gone.

Hell, the people in question who were distributing that beta CONSTANTLY used my textures and I never cared once.

Over 80% of the warnings and bans handed out by our staff the last five years has had to do with the SvR crowd. They barely type functional English, they NEVER read the board rules, and yet they wonder why they have a bad reputation.

The shit traffic they bring has always hurt our image here. Without that section, we'll have better quality posting.
