if you uncompress bpe and then open as texture archive ,you'll have the texture..the problems is the format of the textures..in psp are compressed in MIG inside another PAC . the only way i have found to see it is decoding the MIG using PUYO TOOLS..but then i don't know how to recompress the modified textures for rebuilding

1. Open the quickbms tool
2. Select a plugin/bms script which is yuke.bms
3. Select and open the .bpe file that you want to uncompress.
4. Select the output folder on where you want to save the extracted file.
5. Close your eyes
6. Think of any happy thoughts
7. Open your eyes
8. Save it.
9. Smile.

i only got files named:
XXXX.bpe.unpacked
like this:
0064.bpe.unpacked
well...
if anyone know any other way to i unpack this files
