You may use quickbms tool.

Here are the steps (assuming that you already extracted the .bpe files from a certain pac file using the X-PacKer)

1. Open the quickbms tool
2. Select a plugin/bms script which is yuke.bms
3. Select and open the .bpe file that you want to uncompress.
4. Select the output folder on where you want to save the extracted file.
5. Close your eyes
6. Think of any happy thoughts
7. Open your eyes
8. Save it.
9. Smile.

Hope that helps.

Uncompress function don't work for PSP

if you uncompress bpe and then open as texture archive ,you'll have the texture..the problems is the format of the textures..in psp are compressed in MIG inside another PAC . the only way i have found to see it is decoding the MIG using PUYO TOOLS..but then i don't know how to recompress the modified textures for rebuilding

x-packer can uncompress bpe files .

i think that there's no way to change output format in quick bms. you must delete .UNPACKED from filename.
