I'm not sure what I should do attire wise. I only have a pic of that mask, and I'm not the greatest artist. I'm not too exposed on Puro, but I do have the first two Super J cups and some other random VHS tapes lying around, but that's about it. I became an instant fan the first time I saw him (which was the first Super J Cup). I greatly dislike having only 1 attire, so, expect at least 2.

Women are definitely in, as well as managers and some jobbers to pound away on. If there is anyone you would like to see make it in, let me know. We have a lot of slots to fill, thanks to WldFb's 4 in 1 attire codes.

I downloaded the DLC and placed them in the "roster" folder but they don't appear. Just their pictures over another wrestlers, what am I doing wrong?
Within the DLC file there is a cht and mpk file, do those go anywhere?

The cht. file goes in your config folder, and the mpk file goes in your save folder. Check the data section to find the new wrestlers and clone them over who they replace. Make sure you untick "other" in the Showdown 64 cheats.
