I noticed sometimes the rings mats don't appear to be stretched even though the cheat option is selected is there any way to fix this??

It could be conflicting with the multiple arenas code. Try that arena without the stretch ringmat code.

This is great!

Does anyone have any tips on how to manage the FPS? If I play with everything maxed on the video settings, it still goes at like 45 FPS which is like 1.5x speed. If I click "limit FPS", it goes down to like 6-10 FPS. Is there a way to get Project 64 to keep 30FPS?

We can't tell you what you did wrong because you haven't told us what you did in the first place.

I don't understand how to use this mod at all. I know how to use ninja patcher and everything (I've used it to mod another copy of VPW2 with the english patch) but the download doesn't give me a .rup file. Just trying to use the file as is doesn't work, and changing the extension to .rup lets me at least select the patch, but then ninja tells me it's an unsupported format. I don't understand what I'm supposed to do with it.

After you patch the rom, you need to place the textures in the texture folder,t he flv file in the save folder, anf the cht. file in the config folder.

In your emu settings, make sure your directories are pointing at the folders I just listed.
