I've told you this about like... 3 times before?
If you don't like it here, you're free to go away.
Now look at this, if you dump textures from a game they'll have a respective name that no other texture from no other game will have.
Thus, a The Rock Face with skin color 1, and brown hair, and a beard, and sunglasses won't have the same name as the default Rock face from the same game.
Similarly The Rock's face from WM2K in the same conditions won't have the same name with eachother, NOR will they share names with NM ones. Therefore, you can't just place one game's texture in the folder of another game with the name unchanged.
Second concept to have in mind textures from game to game are mapped very differently.
let's put the example of faces, again.
If you look at an NM face texture and a WM2K one, they're quite different, WM ones will be really wide on the picture while the NM ones will leave a lotta space for hair, cheeks, chin and every other detail. Therefore, if you just repace one with another they'll look terrible. You have to resize one to match the other game's mapping.
NOTE: when i say resize, i don't mean resize the whole picture... I mean edit in photoshop, with one layer being the original texture, and another one being the new texture you want to put into the game and resize it AS A LAYER.... then delete the parts that don't quite match.
Third concept to have in mind: Colors.
More face examples, again between NM and WM2K, if you compare two textures with, let's say... Skin color 1... You'll notice that the colors between both games for the same skin tone are not quite the same.... Similar but not the same.
Thus, once you follow both concepts mentioned above, you'll have to recolor them or make the colors match, with whatever color editing your picture editing program can provide you.
Hope this response is smart enough for you, oh almighty all lowercase-letters-username'd god of enlightment.
