xpacker don't find the file txc and can't create the new archive. are you sure about extension of this file?

in 09 text are in string.pac file and you can change with hex editor.

you have imported only the textures pac ...you need also another pac. if i remember well in other svr versions is C2.pac or somethin' like this

tim ??...never found tim extensions on psp . but you are hacking on psp or ps2 ? ..because my method for nameplates i had tested only for psp and only for svr 2009 edition .i'm not sure could work on other versions

uncompressing 00.bpe you have 00.pac..now upen 00.pac with xpacker as texture archive ,if don't work try to open as ps2/psp pac file

uncompress 00.bpe with xpacker to have pac files from it and there you find the nameplate textures

more simple..your is a PAC d or a extracted PAC FILE?... X-PACKER can't open PAC d files ( PAC DIRECTORY)

as many one as said before , it's not in the spirit of OSR to get jobs for money ...i understand your frustation but the right way is asking help and support about what you wanna do . here there are many great svr modders that can give the help you need
