jpg? ...bro, first thing ..you're talking about PS2 or PSP screens?..formats are differents..in PSP you have to convert the screen in PNG and then using GIM CONVERTER you will convert in gim format..then ,the file needs to rename in pac with HEX EDITOR

i'm not sure what you're talkin' 'bout, but in svr2009 is possible to do match with 2 belts for the winner,i suppose this option is a default also in other versions of the game

simple..use a hex editor and change the letters in the text strings . but if you use more letters than the original text you change ,the file will get bigger and maybe you will need to give space on ARC file

on psp ,using cwcheat, there is a tool that creates joker command codes , have you tried to search on google?
