Did Savage and Hogan reconcile?

Yeah, this is totally our fault because Hogan has absolutely nothing to do with this topic.

From what I understand, Lanny is not having anything to do with the ceremony, not even accepting the award for Randy on stage. This could change.

Hogan to induct Savage is pure manure. The thing is, while I don't get the backstage info, the general feeling I get in all of Hogan's feud is that he came out the stronger one. Either as a heel or face.

And I don't know, pretty sure Pipper was being PC with Hogan.

As for Paul Heyman's client who is the 1 in the '21 and 1', Brock Lesnar doesn't like Hogan, why? Hogan made him look strong.

Hi guys been a while. I couldn't help but to weigh in here. 1st of keson is right. There is no truth to any of the Stephenie rumors. Vince would have killed savage if he did anything like that or had him prosecuted to the fullest extinct of the law. Its been well documented why Vince and savage had beef. The 2 were very close at one time.

Pat Patterson has stated that the 2 often traveled on the road together in savages hey day. When savage left abruptly for wcw without giving Vince any kind of notice; he took slimjim along with him. You can imagine how piss'd he would have been. At the time that sponsor was a huge amount of money for wwf. Piper also said in a tweet shortly after savage died, that Savage and vince did get into to fist fight in a bar shortly after this on one occasion. Of course we all know that savage did not want to be a commentator. His wish was to have one last run with Shawn, but Vince would not allow this to happen. As far as him and hogan goes. Hogan claims the 2 ran into each other at the doctors office they both shared. This happened shortly before savage passed away. The 2 had kinds words for each other. Hogan said he even invited him over for a cook out.

My opinion is the rumours of Savage and Stephanie are just rumours and nothing more.

HOWEVER, if they were true, there was legally nothing Vince could have done about it. The age of sexual consent in Connecticut (Stephanie's home state) at the time was 16. And it was the same in Ohio (Savage's home state). As long as it was in Connecticut and both sides were consenting, there is no crime here. It would only be a crime if Savage went into the state with the specific purpose of having sex with her, because then it would be "entering the state with the intent of committing a crime".

But I maintain that the likelihood of Savage actually having slept with Stephanie being virtually nil. Savage was more than 20 years older than Stephanie. Considering how close he was to her father, she would have known him since she was a little child. What is the likelihood that a teenage girl would want to sleep with someone who is practically her uncle? Not to mention that Savage was very famously married to a woman who was always with him at that time.

As for the claim that Hogan made, so many people have contradicted this. The biggest issue here is that Savage and Hogan didn't share a doctor since their WCW days. So many people pointed out how convenient it was that Hogan told the story for the first time after Savage died. Even his best-friend (Brian Knobs) and his ex-wife Linda said that they didn't believe this encounter ever happened. Heck, Knobs was even joking about Savage's death in the days that followed, and Hogan was one of the few legends that didn't call Knobs out on it. As I said in the initial post, even Lanny himself doubts that they ever did make up. And Hogan does have a habit of remembering history differently from how it happened. His comments on Warrior are proof of that.

He claims his new wife Jennifer is the one that asked him to attend there cook out. Perhaps she's the only one that knows the truth of the matter.

To continue further with this topic, I would assume the Lanny and Randy's mom are probably getting some kind of pay day for this induction. I doubt Lanny Poffo has a lot of money these days. Who knows what Randy left him if anything. Randy's initial wish was to have Lanny and His father Angelo Inducted along with him. So I do find this whole situation Rather unusual. I do agree that Hogan is a terrible choice for inducting him. I would have rather had Jake Roberts do it or even Vince. If Vince did it he could go into there old friendship and why or why not this should of happen 10 yrs ago.
