Hello. This is my first time using Showdown 64. I'm using the most recent version of Project 64 (2.1 is malware ridden) and i have followed the instructions but for some reason i get this when booting up no mercy

is there any way around this? is there a clean version of 2.1 i can use if its the emulator thats causing the issue?

What cheats do you have selceted? In your emu options there should be a recompiler section, I would change your settings. It varies from computer to computer.

thanks guys for this mod. I've been a fan of wwf no mercy and the later mods like showdown. i want to know if there's a guide or something with the new features of this mod, like finishers that dont need the grapple (and how to do it) , attire change (and how to do it) , more arenas, etc?

second question:i've been a video of this mod with the entrance music and chants for Bryan and Cena, but the codes in the emulator are turned off. what should i do?

In order to change the in-game attires to other unused ones, you can either redump the textures with new attire parts or you can rename the textures that you want with the names of the textures that are already used in the game. You can find tutorials on these in the tutorial section.

Additional arenas can be selected by pressing the C-Directional buttons while you are on the arena select screen.

The entrance music that you saw in the video was done using JamStubbs’ NMThing Music Tool. You can find a tutorial on how to use it here: http://s4.zetaboards.com/Old_Skool_Reunion?topic=8145798/1/

The finishers that don't need grapples is not really a feature of Showdown 64. However, I along with the other contributors to this project are now working on a new mod named AKI Evolution, which may have features similar to this in the future. With the attires of wrestlers, i meant that for example,in the game Hulk hogan sometimes has the wwe modern era pants , but sometimes appears with the yellow trunks. i just wanna change it inside the game. is there a way to do that?

The finishers i refer is the spear, sweet chin music, etc. is there a way to do that in this game? ( with just the showdown mod?)

and another question, can i enable the crowd chants cheats that are in the game withot problems?

has anyone switched the undertaker's attires so that his attitude era attire is available? i've switched a few other wrestler's attires with success, but renaming undertaker's files to work has proven difficult for me.
